MAYS LANDING — Atlantic Cape Community College’s English Honor Society, Sigma Kappa Delta, inducted 21 new students into its ranks in the presence of faculty, staff and friends during a lunch ceremony on March 26 on the Mays Landing campus.

Before being presented with a certificate and pin to mark the special occasion, the inductees in attendance recited the society’s pledge and motto: “I shall endeavor to advance the study of literature, to encourage worthwhile reading, to promote the mastery of written expression, and to foster a spirit of fellowship among students interested in the English language and literature of all types ever keeping in mind our motto…Sincerity, Knowledge, Design.”
